About ETHIKAS...

With the increasing number of migrants in some EU countries, the reception and integration process is giving hard times and is creating additional problems for both the hosting country and immigrants. Migrant women face the double discrimination of being both migrant and women.

ETHIKAS intends to support those migrant women in social and sustainable entrepreneurship via human-centered approaches equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to build a system that works for all: society, the economy, and the environment.

INSPIRE

Analyze and showcase how human centered approaches, including design thinking, may help implementing social entrepreneurship approaches for migrant women.

IDEATE

Design, test and translate open educational resources and mentoring supported learning methods with an aim to enhance the professional development of those working or active in the adult education sector by increasing the quality and range of initial and continuing adult learning provision proposing a model of support scheme combining human centered approaches with innovative entrepreneurial learning.

IMPLEMENT

Create and test a resource center on innovative entrepreneurship education aimed at increasing awareness on the importance of upskilling both trainers and migrant women on sustainable social approaches to strengthen its educational structures in a system of values supported by all relevant stakeholders.
