The first event, held at the historic Kastelliotisa Hall in the heart of Nicosia, welcomed 16 participants for an engaging discussion on fostering women’s entrepreneurship. The second event, hosted at the University of Cyprus in collaboration with the "We Belong UCY" initiative by the Office of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion, brought together 34 participants. Both events created a dynamic space for dialogue, empowering women and promoting inclusive practices aligned with the ETHIKAS mission.
